Lindsey is a physician and public health analyst whose interests include harms reduction, drug policy,and health systems. She earned her MD from Weill Cornell Medical College and her MPH from Columbia University where she focused on the implementation of evidence-based policy reform at both a national and international level. Prior to graduate school, she volunteered with Prevention Point Pittsburgh, a needle exchange program in the Pittsburgh area established by her undergraduate mentor, Dr. Caroline Acker. She received her undergraduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Biological Sciences and Ethics, History, and Public Policy.
